Obtained for the “Father of the Cloud” a $15 Billion Valuation for his patents on technology architecture that allows users to share things, locations, objects, and people in virtual reality and augmented reality environments such that they can be shown and shared digitally, enabling interactions across geographical and temporal boundaries while improving the experiences of users of social media and online gaming.

Successfully defended a value added reseller who was accused of infringing five patents on medical imaging software; won on eleven summary judgment motions; Non-Infringement and Invalidity Rulings were all Affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in one word: “Affirmed”.

Successfully defended a Lanham Act case in which my client was accused of false representation for claiming ownership in a portfolio of patents by a former joint venture partner who misappropriated the portfolio patents for its own account; the settlement entailed assigning the patents in exchange for a stream of royalty payments.
